Welcome to West End Synagogue’s Sisterhood

A place for Jewish women to connect, learn, and contribute 

Our name says it all: We are a true sisterhood. Women who start as strangers, become friends, and over time—through shared experiences and shared values—build bonds that make us feel like sisters. 

West End Synagogue’s Sisterhood is part of the Women’s League of Conservative Judaism, the largest synagogue-based women’s organization.

We are a diverse, committed, caring group. Sometimes we get together for service projects for West End Synagogue’s and the larger community, and other times we gather to learn and grow. And sometimes we just want to be social. We welcome everyone from early careerists and new moms to those who are navigating middle age, retirement, and senior discounts with style and strength.

Our mission is to engage, strengthen, and embrace women of all ages through programs and community service to support our synagogue and the greater community. 

We are here to meet you and greet you – extending hands and heart as we build connections and community for women at all stages in life.
